You can buy a quality, serviced second-hand bike throughout the day at Thamesmead, Morrisons on Saturday 20 May between 10am and 4pm. The Royal Borough of Greenwich is working with Peddle My Wheels to help Greenwich get Aative by providing access to a wide range of affordable bikes.
You can buy a bike for just £40.00 if you live in Royal Greenwich and are in receipt of benefits such as Universal Credit, Pension Credit, Housing Benefit, Carers Allowance or Child Tax Credit. Please bring proof of address along with photo ID. You can also donate unused bikes at the market. All proceeds from donated bikes will go to Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice.
