NRgDance Online is a free youth dance activity programme brought to you by Greenwich Dance. Taking its inspiration from hip hop, street and contemporary the programme brings our talented NRgDance artists directly to you… wherever you are!

Over the summer term the NRgDance team will be posting two tutorials a week designed to keep you moving and creative whilst at home. The programme is designed for young people of all genders and abilities - offering a range of skills to improve confidence, physical health and mental well-being in children and young people across the UK and beyond. Tasks can be adapted for those with limited mobility and/or space.

Within each tutorial there is also the opportunity for young dancers to get creative and develop their own ideas in whatever direction they choose!
