A fantastic night of music, dance and amazing food.

Mycenae House,
90 Mycenae Road,
SE3 7SE

After the running successes of this years: Burns Night, Chinese New Year, St David’s Day, St Patrick’s Day, Africa Night and Diwali, Global Fusion Music & Arts are bringing a taste of Cajun music, dance and delicious food to Mycenae House.

The GFMA Project Manager Louisa Le Marchand said, ‘We try to bring a rich mixture of cultures to Mycenae House which includes music, dance, film, poetry and incredible food from our amazing Chef, Talitha from Los Chillies. People come just to taste her wonderful food, she has a way of cooking authentic cuisine from so many countries around the world.

At last years Diwali Celebrations, members of the audience insisted on speaking to her as they had not tasted food like this since being back in India and it’s been the same with all of our cultural events. The Cajun Night came about because one of our members asked if we could run a Cajun Night, so as usual GFMA and Talitha have risen to the challenge’.

The GFMA Cajun Night will include music from Acadian Strings, dancing, Cajun dance lesions, films plus the fantastic food: Louisiana gumbo - a hearty stew of okra, rice & sassafrass with freshly baked corn bread you can choice Chicken & prawns or Vegetarian smoked sausage with pecan cake.
