What we're thinking about building on this site

We're building 24 homes on this site including:

• 7 one-bedroom flats
• 11 two-bedroom flats, two of which will be wheelchair adapted
• 6 three-bedroom flats
• new landscaping and children's play facilities facing onto Herbert Road
• 45 bike storage spaces
• all homes are provided with private balconies.

This development will be zero carbon, in line with the Council's commitments in its Carbon Neutral Plan.

Current status

The designs below have been approved by the Planning team. We are preparing the site for development

How can residents have their say on our plans?

Neighbouring residents were invited to view and comment on our plans for this site in January 2023 via our online consultation. Details of the approved design can be viewed via our Planning Portal.
