The prevention of public nuisance: the use of the rear outside area until 22:00 hours is causing noise nuisance to neighbouring residential properties. The music noise emanating from the premises is too loud and not controlled.

The prevention of crime and disorder: patrons attending and leave the premises late at night cause unnecessary noise disturbance as well as crime and disorder and anti-social behaviour
