At Southend Close we would like to build:
- Three three-bedroom houses over two storeys*
- Rear gardens and small front gardens
- Five parking spaces
- Cycle storage
*These houses have attic rooms, with front-facing dormer windows extending out from the roof.
Our proposed homes would line up with the existing row of houses, removing the risk of overlooking and loss of daylight to the adjacent properties.
The bin collection is from a holding point located to the front of the forecourt.
These homes would be built to zero carbon standards, with a contemporary design.

- The designs below have been given planning approval, and the site is now being prepared for construction.

Neighbouring residents are invited to share their views on our plans for this site via our online consultation, in December, 2022.
Our proposals have now been granted planning approval, and can be viewed on our Planning Portal.
