Services available
- If you wish to make a payment for a council service, you can use our self-service kiosks by the entrance to the leisure centre facilities from 6am to 10pm, 7 days a week.
- Replacement fobs and keys for the Eltham area only. You must bring proof of address that is less than 3 months old and proof of identity, such as a passport.
- Support with the online parking payment system. This includes help with setting up your account, adding proof of address and showing how visitor vouchers work.
- Tenancy termination service is available from 9am to 12pm on Mondays.
- We can also support you with questions about:
- Council Tax and housing benefits
- housing repair
- waste services
- Support with emailing or sending documents that council departments have requested.
