Processing your application
When we've received your application or renewal, we'll:
- post it on our website for a 21-day consultation period
- inspect your venue
If granted, an approval lasts for 5 years.
Making changes to your application during the consultation period
If you want to change something in your application, such as adding an extra room or linked outdoor area, email us at licensing@royalgreenwich.gov.uk. This will extend the consultation period, and we may apply an additional fee for reprocessing your application.
When you've received your licence
Errors and minor changes
Email us at licensing@royalgreenwich.gov.uk if you:
- believe there’s an error in your approval
- need to make minor changes to the approval, such as the licence-holder's details or the registered company address
We’ll advise you of the fee due.
Major changes
In most cases, to make changes to your approval, you’ll need to complete
- an application form, or
- a renewal form if there’s less than 12 months until expiry of the current approval
