Apply for a street trading licence

You may want to change the conditions of your street trading licence. This includes changing the type of goods you sell or transferring your pitch.

You can apply to change the type of goods you sell up to 2 times each year.

If you’re a new licence-holder, you cannot change the goods you sell in the first 6 months of holding a licence.

We carefully consider all requests for a change of conditions, but there may be valid reasons why we need to refuse your request.
