Apply for a special treatment licence

To apply for a special treatment licence, you need to complete our online form:

How we process your application 

  1. We’ll check your application to make sure you’ve included all the necessary information and documents.
  2. If anything is missing, we’ll reject the application and you’ll need to apply again.
  3. If we have everything we need, we’ll send a copy of your application to the Metropolitan Police and London Fire Brigade.
  4. We’ll arrange to visit your premise to check you’re meeting all the terms and conditions of the licence. We’ll also check your records that prove the identity and qualifications of everyone offering special treatments at the premises. 

We try to process applications within 2 months.
