During the works
While the works are in progress:
- you’re bound by the New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA) legislation
- our coordinator can help with any queries or issues
- our coordinator may visit the site at any time to ensure works comply with NSRWA legislation
If works fail to comply with NRSWA legislation, depending on the severity, we may apply penalties.
