To renew your club premises certificate, you need to pay an annual fee on GOV.UK.
Request a variation to change your club premises certificate
Request a change online
On the GOV.UK website you can:
- change a name or address
- have a minor variation to your certificate
- have a full variation to your certificate
Make a request by post
If you cannot request a variation online, contact us to request a printed version of the form.

You must return the:
- completed application form
- premises site plan
- parts A and B of your existing club premises certificate
- a cheque for the application fee made payable to the Royal Borough of Greenwich
Post them to Licensing at The Woolwich Centre.
You also need to post copies of your application form and premises site plan to all the responsible authorities.
