Home adaptations if you live in council housing
If you live in council housing and an occupational therapist decides you need a home adaptation, we’ll need to review if it can be done on your home.
If it cannot, we’ll tell you and offer you advice and support with other options.
Some people may choose to move to a more accessible home instead. You could:
- look for a private home to rent or buy
- move in with someone you know
- ask us for help to find housing options
