Let’s talk about the vaccine

Lets talk about the vaccine

We’ve still got some way to go before everyone is vaccinated.

And for some people getting vaccinated can be a confusing and daunting experience.

That’s why our teams will be visiting households in June in locations around the borough where vaccine take up is low to hear about any concerns you may have and provide information about how, where and when to get vaccinated.

If you live in Woolwich, West Greenwich, Thamesmead, Plumstead, Eltham West and the Peninsula look out for friendly faces wearing high visibility jackets with ID visiting your neighbourhoods from 8 to 18 June.

In addition, if you live in Royal Greenwich, registered to a GP in the borough and want to get vaccinated you can also take advantage of free walk-in vaccination clinics over the next two weeks - part of our ‘Let’s talk about the vaccine’ programme. Find out more about the pop-up clinics.
