Reviewing your adult care and support services

Planned and unplanned community based reviews

When you receive a service we will want to check that everything is working well and that you are happy with the service.

Initial and yearly reviews

If you are receiving a new service, we usually schedule the review to take place 12 weeks after the service has started.

After that, we aim to review the service every year.

This review is a good opportunity to tell us if your support plan is continuing to meet your needs or if circumstances have changed and your support plan needs to be updated.

Requesting a review

At any time during the course of your service you can call us to schedule a review.

You do not have to wait for your annual review.

This means that if you feel your service needs to change in any way you can speak to the Contact Assessment Officers to request a review of your service.
