Health and Adult Services

The Royal Borough of Greenwich's Health and Adult Services provides a single point of contact for all adult services including:

  • information and advice
  • referral for all adult and older people's social care services
  • referral for community rehabilitation services and occupational therapy
  • adult safeguarding concerns
  • carers advice.

The help that the Community Mental Health Team for Older People can give you includes support and advice on anxiety, depression, dementia with behaviour problems, memory problems and other serious mental health problems such as schizophrenia.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
