HR support for schools

Overview

We offer a specialist HR support service designed for schools and other education establishments. We also provide access to our occupational health provider and employee assistance programme.

With most of your school budget being spent on staff, it’s essential you have the right people, structures, policies and procedures in place. We can help you achieve that.

Our aim is to provide an HR service that enables the school to:

  • optimise day-to-day activities
  • carry out statutory responsibilities effectively
  • safeguard pupils and staff
  • provide high quality teaching and learning
