We provide waste collection services to businesses and non-household premises in Royal Greenwich.

We collect:

• general waste like non-recyclable waste like polystyrene, tissues, and packaging
• dry recycling like paper, glass, plastics, and metals
• food waste like leftovers, fruits, and vegetables

How to use this service

Requesting a visit to your collection site is the first step to using this service.

This allows us to assess your business waste collection needs and make sure you’re only paying for what you need. We’ll send a final quote after visiting your site.

You can get a quote online if you’d like to know how much it could cost you to use this service. You’ll be given an estimate based on the information you give us.

After getting a quote online, you’ll still need to request a site visit to use this service.

Requesting a site visit  does not mean using our service.

If you’re an existing customer

If you already use our service, call 020 8921 4661 to:  

• order business waste sacks and bin labels
• report a missed collection
• request a bin repair or additional bins

A current service level agreement must be in place before we repair or deliver new bins.
