You can report problems, make enquiries or share feedback about any park or open space in Royal Greenwich.

This helps us keep our parks clean, safe and welcoming for everyone.

If you find yourself in an emergency, call our 24-hour emergency number at 020 8854 8888 or contact your local police station.

If you’re experiencing nuisance from motorbikes or mopeds in a park, contact Community Safety by:

• emailing community-safety@royalgreenwich.gov.uk

• calling 020 8921 4329

You can contact us to:

• report problems such as maintenance issues, vandalism, anti-social behaviour or nuisance from motorbikes and mopeds
• request information about park facilities, insurance claims or holding an event in a park
• share feedback or make suggestions for improvements

If your issue is about Greenwich Park

We do not manage Greenwich Park.

What happens next 

When you contact us, we’ll take your name, address, and the nature of the complaint. We'll then: 

• connect you with a senior parks officer
• arrange a callback as soon as possible 

The relevant officer will investigate the problem and take appropriate action, including legal action if required.
