- request information about park facilities, insurance claims or holding an event in a park
- share feedback or make suggestions for improvements

What happens next
When you contact us, we’ll take your name, address, and the nature of the complaint. We'll then:
- connect you with a senior parks officer
- arrange a callback as soon as possible
The relevant officer will investigate the problem and take appropriate action, including legal action if required.
