You can borrow books for free as a library member, but you'll need to pay fees for: 

  • borrowing DVDs and CDs
  • printing and photocopying
  • reserving items not in stock
  • late returns and lost items 

The maximum charge per item is £20. All fees must be paid in cash.

If you reside in Royal Greenwich, you might be eligible for discounts if you’re:
