Allotment rents are based on size. Fees are charged annually, and invoices are sent every April.

Allotment fees from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026.

Discounted rates
We offer reduced rent to tenants who are aged 65 and above or receive:
- Job Seeker’s Allowance
- Income Support
- Disability Living Allowance
- Housing Benefit

How to get a discount on your rent
To apply for the discount, send your proof of eligibility by March 1 so it can be applied to the following year’s fees starting on April 1.
You can show your proof by:
- emailing your documents to allotments@royalgreenwich.gov.uk
- bringing them when you collect your allotment keys
If we don’t receive your proof by the deadline, the standard rate will be charged
