Replace a lost, stolen or damaged doctor parking space permit
If your doctor permit is lost, stolen or damaged, you can apply for a replacement. It costs £5.

We'll contact you about how to pay and when your replacement permit will be ready.
You must make other parking arrangements while you wait for your replacement permit, or you could get a penalty charge notice (PCN).
