Cllr Anthony Okereke, Leader of the Royal Borough of Greenwich, said: “Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the deadly and devastating floods taking over Libya.
"We extend our sorrows to those who have lost their loved ones, homes and belongings due to the destruction.
