The Royal Borough of Greenwich Multifaith Forum stands in solidarity with the Jewish community following the recent antisemitic attack in North London.
We are deeply saddened and concerned by the continued rise in antisemitism and the targeting of Jewish people in our society. Antisemitism, like all forms of hatred and discrimination, has no place in our borough or in our country.
Our diverse faith communities are united in condemning antisemitism and all acts of hate. We stand alongside our Jewish neighbours, friends, and colleagues and reaffirm our shared commitment to respect, understanding, and peaceful coexistence.
At times like these, it is more important than ever that we come together across faiths and communities to support one another and to challenge hatred wherever it appears.
The Royal Borough of Greenwich Multifaith Forum sends its support and solidarity to the Jewish community and all those affected by this incident.
We encourage everyone to be vigilant at events and in public spaces and if you see anything suspicious, please trust your instincts and tell someone. In an emergency, please call 999.
