Councillor Sandra Bauer, Cabinet Member for Equality, Culture and Communities, said: “We’re delighted to be recognised for consecutive years for our efforts to keep Royal Greenwich green and welcoming. These awards are a reflection of the dedication of our staff, residents and volunteers who work hard all year round to care for our parks and open spaces.

I would encourage anyone who enjoys visiting our parks and green spaces to join a Friends of Parks group and work directly with our teams to make your local park even better.”
