Councillor Adel Khaireh, Cabinet Member for Children and Young People, said:
“We hope our children and young people have a well-deserved break as we head into half term. Our borough has so many free and affordable events and activities for families to enjoy, many funded by the council, so they can relax, unwind and have fun with their loved ones without worrying about spending too much money.
“We're ensuring no child goes hungry over the holidays by continuing to provide healthy lunches for all children, regardless of background, at our libraries and adventure play centres”.
