Tell us how voting sites in Royal Greenwich are working for you

Wednesday 6 December 2023

Ahead of the 2024 elections, the Royal Borough of Greenwich is reviewing the convenience and accessibility of polling stations across the borough.

If you are a resident of Royal Greenwich, let us know if the current locations are easy to access, or if you know of any alternate sites that would make in-person voting more convenient for you. We are particularly interested in making sure sites are accessible to those with disabilities so that everyone who wishes to vote in-person can do so with ease. Let us know what you think about the current polling districts, places and stations.

  • Polling district – the geographical area created by ward.

  • Polling place – the designated area for a polling district where polling stations are located.

  • Polling station – the room or area within the polling place where voting takes place.

Debbie Warren, Chief Executive of the Royal Borough of Greenwich, said: “Our council is committed to listening to communities and making sure they feel they are heard. That is why we are eager to work with residents to provide better, more convenient and more accessible spaces for in-person voting.

“We want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to vote and take part in supporting effective local government. To do this, we need to make sure we have polling sites that are easy and safe for people to access. We’re looking to hear your thoughts in support of locations that are convenient for you or suggestions on places that would work better.”

The consultation is live until 19 December online. Share your thoughts via email to or by post to:
