Carer-inclusive workplace accreditation

We’re proud to have accreditation under the Who Cares in the Workplace Charter. It recognises our commitment to supporting colleagues with unpaid caring responsibilities.

This accreditation demonstrates that we:

  • acknowledge the number of employees balancing work and unpaid care
  • create safe and supportive ways for staff to share their caring responsibilities
  • offer flexibility wherever possible to help colleagues balance work and care
  • provide guidance, tools and resources for carers, such as our Carer’s Leave Guidance and Carer’s Plan
  • promote wellbeing through signposting and support

We work with Greenwich Carers Centre to strengthen the resources we offer staff. This includes:

  • information
  • advice
  • peer support

Our accreditation reflects an ongoing commitment to being a carer‑inclusive employer. A place where colleagues can be open about their caring role and feel supported to do their best work.
