During the undefined period of the pandemic lockdown, Licensing Team services are reduced and disrupted.

We remain able to remotely answer e-mails and process applications made online, but you will appreciate that documentation sent by post cannot be attended to expediently due to the general physical absence of Licensing, Support Team and Post Room staff from the offices.

We therefore respectfully discourage postal applications or correspondence of any kind and would urge use of our extensive website facilities, which allow you to apply, pay, and upload supporting documentation.
