It's never too late to learn something new. The Royal Borough of Greenwich has a wide range of education and training opportunities for all ages.
How much courses cost
There are no charges for English, maths, English for speakers of other languages (ESOL), access to employment, and family learning courses, or courses leading to an accredited qualification.
The hourly costs for other courses are:
- Royal Borough resident - £5.55
- Royal Borough resident on means-tested benefit - £1.50
- Greenwich One Card holder - £5
- residents of other boroughs - £6.80
London South East Colleges
London South East Colleges (LSEC) provides a wide variety of courses for individuals and community groups through its adult and community learning programme.
Courses include art, catering, construction, creative crafts, English, ICT, languages, maths, personal development, self-employment skills, sewing, textiles and more.
City Lit offers a wide range of free family learning courses and workshops in the community.
Community Systems offer one-day customer service and food safety courses.
Equestrian Skills and Riding Centre
At the Royal Borough of Greenwich Equestrian Skills and Riding Centre you can study horse-related courses on a full or part-time basis.
Flower Skills offer a range of courses in construction skills.
Greenwich Co-operative Development Agency (GCDA)
GCDA offers a range of healthy eating courses for families, and courses for people interested in starting their own business.
The HCT Group offers a wide range of specialist employability courses.
Horticultural Skills Centre
The Royal Borough of Greenwich Horticultural Skills Centre provides a range of part-time leisure and interest courses in horticulture.
Ravensbourne and Greenwich Digital Skills Centre
Ravensbourne specialises in digital media, fashion, broadcasting and design courses.
Volunteer Centre Greenwich
