Local seven-day service

Every business, no matter how big or small must use a licensed waste carrier to dispose of waste responsibly.

We offer a comprehensive business waste and recycling service for local businesses which is locally based and responsive to your needs.

We operate a seven days per week service with a dedicated team of business engagement officers to assist you with getting started and provide you with advice.

Business recycling

Recycle a wide range of items all in one container or sack and take advantage of half-price business recycling bins, sacks and labels.

Businesses that sign up for our recycling service can also make use of our general waste collection service.

Items that can be recycled include:

  • cardboard
  • paper
  • plastic bottles
  • food and drink cans
  • mixed glass bottles and jars
  • cartons

Unfortunately we cannot recycle:

  • general waste
  • food waste
  • cooking oil or liquids
  • waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE)
  • batteries
  • paint, oil or pesticide containers
  • toner or printer cartridges
  • polystyrene
  • wood
  • textiles

A standard £1.56 delivery charge applies to every trade sack order.

Order sacks and labels

We have made some temporary changes to how you can order recycling sacks, general waste sacks and labels. Please order by calling us on 0208 921 4661.

We will take payment over the phone, so please have your card details ready. We will then arrange for your items to be delivered to you.

Fees and Charges

The Controlled Waste Regulations (England and Wales) 2012 provide local authorities with the power to charge for the collection and/or disposal of waste from non-domestic premises. Historically the full potential to charge in line with the Regulations has not been implemented.

To maximise income potential, charges will be implemented across all possible chargeable areas, identified within the Regulations, with effect from 1 April 2021. Audits are currently being carried out across each chargeable property classification to establish the number of bins at each site and the frequency of collections taking place. Once established, full cost recovery charges will be applied, and a service level agreement will be issued to each customer.
