Apply for or renew an estate parking permit

Before you start

You will need to create an online resident parking account the first time you apply for an estate parking permit. This account is different from the one you usually use on our website.

You should create a resident account if you live on a council housing estate in the borough, and you need to apply for or renew:

  • housing estate resident parking permits
  • estate visitor vouchers
  • Blue Badge parking permits
  • carer permits
  • Search for your property by post code: this is the most effective way of finding your address and your permits

Apply for or renew a resident estate permit

We are aware that some users have had problems paying for parking permits using the Safari browser. We recommend you use a different browser while we look into this.

Your application could be refused, or you could be taken to court if you knowingly give wrong or false information to get a parking permit for yourself or others.

What happens next

When you’ve completed the online application and paid the fee, your virtual permit will be issued and ready to use straight away. You’ll get an email to confirm this.

We will contact you if there is a problem with your application.

If you cannot apply online, call our contact centre on 020 8921 4339.

Renew a resident estate permit

If your resident parking permit is due to expire you should apply and pay for a renewal online.

You can renew your permit online up to 30 days before it expires.

You will get a reminder, but it is your responsibility to make sure you renew your permit.
