Apply for the Holiday Activities and Food Approved Providers List and Winter 2023 Provision

Holiday Food and Fun

 

The Royal Borough of Greenwich is coordinating a Holiday Activities and Food Programme (HAF), funded by the Department of Education.

This will deliver free activities and healthy food during the Easter, summer and winter school holidays from 2022 to 2024.

The programme is for children and young people:

  • aged 4 to 16 years old
  • eligible for and in receipt of benefit related free school meals (FSM)

We are inviting holiday providers to apply to be part of the approved providers list. Providers could include:

  • schools
  • voluntary organisations
  • faith groups
  • community organisations

This will be an "open" list, as interested providers may apply at any time during its duration (3 years). We will review applications to the list twice a year.

For this round of applications, providers should submit their bids for winter 2023 services at the same time.

Please submit the following documents to holiday-programme@royalgreenwich.gov.uk no later than 5pm on Friday 15 September 2023:   

  1. APL Provider Application Form.
  2. Supporting documents  as outlined in the application form.
  3. APL Application training spreadsheet.
  4. HAF winter 2023 bid form.
