The Families Information Service provides free advice and support to families in Royal Greenwich with children up to the age of 19 (or up to 25 for those with special educational needs or disabilities).

Contact us for information about:

  • Children's Centre services and activities
  • childcare - including registered childminders, nurseries, pre-schools, breakfast and after school clubs, and holiday play schemes
  • free early learning sessions for 2, 3 and 4 year olds
  • benefits and funds to help pay towards childcare costs
  • starting at primary school or moving from primary to secondary school
  • activities and groups for children and young people
  • registering as a childminder
  • local and national family support services

Support available

There is also support available to help you to manage your child's behaviour, help if are experiencing domestic abuse or if you or a family member need support with your health.
