If we find a missing pet, we will reunite it with its owners as soon as possible.
If your cat or dog is wearing an ID tag, we will contact you to let you know.
If we can't identify an animal, we scan it using the secure Petlog database. If we find the owner, we'll contact them for guidance on final disposal - the decision is theirs. If we can't find the owner within 48 hours, we will dispose of the animal on their behalf.
There is no charge for any of these services.
