Housing repair service

We are running a reduced housing repairs service until Wednesday 29 May due to industrial action. We will deal with emergencies as normal but may contact you to reschedule pre-booked appointments.

Support for people with additional needs

We don't manage electricity, gas or water supplies, if you have a problem you need to contact the companies that provide them.

All of these companies have priority schemes for people who may be particularly vulnerable if their electricity, gas or water stops. Register with them so they can prioritise you in an emergency.
