Report an incident or hand in a knife

We know it may be difficult to report information about knife crime and may feel afraid but you could be saving a life.

We are committed to reducing knife crime in the borough, but we need your help to do this. By working together, we can keep residents and visitors safe and keep knives out of Greenwich.

If you are in danger, or need immediate help, call 999.

You can help prevent knife crime and report information anonymously. Here are few ways you can do this:

What to do if you find a knife or weapon?

If you locate a knife or anything you consider to be a weapon please call the police on 101. Do not touch the knife. Stay with the knife until police have arrived, unless unsafe to do so.

If you would like to hand in a knife, please call the police on 101 or you can contact the Safer Neighbourhood Police Team.
