Details of the examination
We consulted on the draft CIL charging schedule from 31 July to 25 September 2023.
On 26 March 2024, we formally submitted the draft CIL charging schedule and associated evidence documents for independent examination. This was in accordance with Regulation 19 of the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010 (as amended).
In accordance with Regulation 21 of the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010 (as amended) the examination will take place at 10am on 16 and 17 May at:
