The Royal Borough of Greenwich is responsible for the main structure of the building, the shared parts and any shared services to your building or estate.

Depending on your property this could include:

• window frames
• lifts
• door entry systems
• a concierge
• grounds maintenance
• estate lighting
• block lighting.

We will also:

• arrange insurance for the block
• consult with leaseholders, where appropriate and in line with legislation, before carrying out works to the building.
