What is the Standards Committee?

The Standards Committee's role is to promote high standards of conduct by councillors and co-opted members in accordance with the members' code of conduct.

The Localism Act 2011 requires local authorities to deal with allegations that council members have broken the Code of Conduct.

Committee meetings

Meetings are held at Woolwich Town Hall. You have the right to attend meetings except when exempt items are discussed.
