Priorities for improvement

While we’ve seen improvements in many areas, we’re committed to doing more.  

Priority areas for 2025 to 2026 

  • Get more repairs done on time
  • Improve our processes when people need more than one repair. For example, plumbing followed by tiling in the bathroom.
  • Improve how our tenancy team supports residents, especially those facing problems
  • Introduce a new resident engagement policy
  • Make it clear how tenants and leaseholders can influence the services we provide
  • Make it easier for residents to report anti-social behaviour
  • Make sure our staff work together to tackle anti-social behaviour when it happens
