- not need anyone else's signature to authorise Direct Debits from your bank account

Before you start
We'll ask for your:
- council housing payment reference (you can find this on your housing charges card or statement)
- agreed monthly repayment amount
- bank details, including the name and address of your bank, sort code, and account number
