Contractors and consultants for the Capital Repairs Programme

We’re working in partnership with several contractors and consultants to deliver the Capital Repairs Programme.

Contractors 

We awarded £180m in contracts to three contractors (valuing £60m each) to deliver the programme across three areas of the borough in October 2023.

We’ve also appointed two asbestos removal contractors: 

  • Cablesheer will work in the south and east of the borough
  • Erith will work in the west and central of the borough
