If you're not happy with a decision we've made, you can appeal to the First-tier Tribunal. You'll need to do this within 28 days from when we issued the final licence.
You can appeal if:
- we refused to issue you a licence
- we issued a licence that you do not agree with
- we revoked your licence
- we varied a licence
- we refused to vary a licence
- you do not agree with the licence conditions or limitations
You'll need to appeal on the GOV.UK website.
You cannot transfer a licence. If you need to change the licence holder, you'll need to make a new licence application and pay the fee.
