Use this form to request a Registrar for a marriage or civil partnership ceremony. The form assumes that you have already booked a venue for your ceremony.

The Royal Greenwich Registration Service will then assign a Registrar to carry out the ceremony and send you the necessary paperwork to complete your booking.
