Get ready for colour, creativity and community spirit at the 10th anniversary of Woolwich Carnival! Part of the Royal Greenwich Festivals, this vibrant celebration brings together local schools, performers, artists and community groups for a joyful day of music, dance, community, culture and carnival spirit. 

Carnival Day Highlights: 

  • Community Carnival Parade - 2pm from Royal Arsenal towards General Gordon Square: Featuring local primary schools, community and cultural groups, drummers, dancers and giant puppets.
  • Main Stage at General Gordon Square - 12 noon to 7:30pm: cultural showcases, live music, steelpan band, dance performances and DJs.

  • Second Stage at Woolwich Works Courtyard - 3pm to 7.30pm

    The event is free and unticketed, and families are encouraged to come early, join the celebrations and don't miss the parade!
