How to book:

Begin your ethnobotany journey with us at the July session of the Urban Nature Wellbeing Club.

Join a guided walk through the Peninsula’s green spaces and discover the fascinating properties of the plants that grow in the area. Learn how different species were traditionally used for medicine, food, crafts, trade, and ritual practices, and explore the deep connections between people and plants.

At the end of the walk, take the opportunity to unwind, connect with others, and reflect on the day’s discoveries over a cup of herbal tea in Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park.

The session is open to all adults (18+) interested in learning more about mental health, developing practical wellbeing tools, and connecting with a supportive community.

This session is free but booking is essential as only 12 spaces are available.
