Join us for the final workshop of the Urban Nature Wellbeing Club project.
We’ll begin with a gentle walk through the Ecology Park, taking time to reflect on the life cycles of the plants and animals that call this space home. We'll explore the seasonal changes taking place in the natural world and the connections between growth, renewal, and wellbeing.
The walk will be followed by a creative session led by Jenny, our local artist. Drawing inspiration from nature, Jenny will guide you in creating a beautiful mandala and a handmade keepsake to take home as a reminder of your experience.
The session is open to all adults (18+) interested in learning more about mental health, developing practical wellbeing tools, and connecting with a supportive community.
This session is free but booking is essential as only 12 spaces are available.
