During the session, we will select and taste three teas from the six main categories of premium Chinese tea, including green tea, white tea, yellow tea, oolong tea, black tea, and dark tea. Each tea offers a distinct profile shaped by its origin, processing method, and aging.

You will also learn essential Chinese tea brewing techniques, from water temperature and timing to the nuances of multiple infusions, allowing you to fully appreciate how flavour and texture evolve with each pour.
