Escape to the rolling avenues of Greenwich Park for two unforgettable days of free summer magic on 12 and 13 July. Nestled beneath ancient oaks and overlooking the Thames, this family-friendly festival blends live music, soaring circus feats, immersive theatre and hands-on creativity, perfect for park-lovers of all ages.

Saturday 12 July pulses with eclectic sounds and spectacle. Start your afternoon with the fresh harmonies of London Youth Folk, then let the Soul Choir lift your spirit with gospel-tinged grooves. Indie fans, catch intimate acoustic sets from Aidan Grimshaw and Jamie Grey, before the world-renowned She’Koyokh ensemble closes the day in a riot of Middle Eastern rhythms. Between sets, thrill to gravity-defying workshops with AirCraft Circus, or spark your own imagination at Sally McKay’s Free Drawing Project, where sketchbooks and clay await budding artists. Wander through our Producers Market and food stalls for artisan treats, then be enchanted by The Peacock and the Princess, a vibrant outdoor pageant inspired by Indian and Persian miniature paintings, complete with regal costumes, puppetry and dance. Don’t miss Aquanauts Adrift, a whimsical sea-life extravaganza featuring krill puppets and deep-sea storytelling that will mesmerise explorers of every age.

Pack a blanket, rally your friends and family and let Summer in the Park: Greenwich Park be your summer playground. Whether you’re dancing, drawing or simply soaking up the sun and community spirit, these two days of art, music and wonder promise memories that will last long after the last note fades.
